New Year’s baby headlines our videos of the week

We kickoff the new year with this cute baby video by the Edmonton Journal. Baby girl Echo Adams, born New Year’s Day at 12:02 a.m., was Edmonton’s first baby of 2015.

Next up, this Montreal man has invented a device to flood his hockey rink in 40 seconds. As you will see it’s pretty ingenious!

Speaking of ice, join Province reporter Nick Eagland as he experiences the 2015 Polar Bear swim at English Bay.

Regina’s Janz Stein had his lower left leg amputated in 2013, but that didn’t stop him from leading an active life as you will see in this video from the Leader-Post.
