Doubts cast on cause of death for suspect in Pennsylvania killings

The Iraq War veteran accused of
killing his ex-wife and five of her
family members in Pennsylvania did not
die of self-inflicted stab wounds as
had been previously reported,
according to the county coroner
overseeing the autopsy.
